Being able to order something that you wouldn’t necessarily be able to prepare at home easily or ingredients that may not be very accessible to you in a general supermarket. This is where Epic steps in. We have been offering a chef at home service since we started the company back in 2015, alongside catering for hundreds of weddings, high profile events and film & tv catering sets.
Our private catering service has always been a hit at the dinner parties and a little treat to look forward to.
We bring the gourmet, restaurant level service with your own chef & host team, so you can kick back and relax to enjoy being treated, Epic style. And what’s better, you don’t have to wash up after.

Impress your friends and family without the hassle. We have devised a selection of menus to activate your tastebuds, but as ever with Epic Caterers, we are always flexible and able to adapt dishes and menus to suit your tastes or specific dietary requirements.

Our executive team of hosts & chefs will arrive to make the home restaurant come to life.
We can setup your dining area for you from scratch, we will bring our own cutlery, crockery, glassware and anything else needed to prepare and serve your restaurant at home.
The team are there to demonstrate the dishes to your guests, serve your canapés, present your meals and always top up your glasses.
Once the evening has come to a close, our team will clean down the kitchen area and leave it exactly how they found it. You will never know they were even there.
Our experienced team will make you feel totally at ease and help you to relax and enjoy the experience, all for less than you might pay for a night out at your favourite restaurant.

Of course! Whether you are looking for just a lunch drop off, or a full day with breakfast lunch & dinner day, we can organise this for you.
It’s always handy to know if any dietary requirements need to be catered to, however if you are catering for a large amount of delegates, we know this can be tricky. If you let us know a selected number as a rough guide, we can ensure there are dietary alternatives catered to.
We can deliver outside of the Cardiff area for just £10 per buffet request. This will cover a 15-mile radius of Cardiff City Centre. If you are outside of this area too, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will give you a delivery charge based on your whereabouts.
We always do our best to ensure your request is fulfilled. As soon as you know what you’d like, please call our office during Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm to discuss what you’d like.
For buffet drop offs there is no need to arrange for staffing, we will just require access to the building and place where you would like us to drop the buffets off. We can of course arrange staffing should you like us to serve the meals to you, please contact our office for a price and availability for our staff.
As a standard, we provide your buffet items in large boxes for your delegates to help themselves to. We can arrange individual boxes as a request, and are an additional £1.50+VAT.
All of our packaging are either reusable or recyclable.
If you email or call us with your delegate numbers, which buffet you’d like, the address for the buffet and the rough estimated time to bring the catering, we will then send an invoice to you as your confirmation of the booking. To fulfil the order, we require the full balance upfront at least 48 hours before the delivery is due to take place. We require final numbers and dietary requirement two days before the delivery.
