Of course! Whether you are looking for just a lunch drop off, or a full day with breakfast lunch & dinner day, we can organise this for you.
It’s always handy to know if any dietary requirements need to be catered to, however if you are catering for a large amount of delegates, we know this can be tricky. If you let us know a selected number as a rough guide, we can ensure there are dietary alternatives catered to.
We can deliver outside of the Cardiff area for a small fee, depending on location. This will cover a 15-mile radius of Cardiff City Centre. If you are outside of this area too, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will give you a delivery charge based on your whereabouts.
We always do our best to ensure your request is fulfilled. As soon as you know what you’d like, please call our office during Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm to discuss what you’d like.
For buffet drop offs there is no need to arrange for staffing, we will just require access to the building and place where you would like us to drop the buffets off. We can of course arrange staffing should you like us to serve the meals to you, please contact our office for a price and availability for our staff.
As a standard, we provide your buffet items in large boxes for your delegates to help themselves to. We can arrange individual boxes as a request, and are an additional £1.50+VAT.
All of our packaging are either reusable or recyclable.
If you email or call us with your delegate numbers, which buffet you’d like, the address for the buffet and the rough estimated time to bring the catering, we will then send an invoice to you as your confirmation of the booking. To fulfil the order, we require the full balance upfront at least 48 hours before the delivery is due to take place. We require final numbers and dietary requirement two days before the delivery.
