Not only are we able to cater to all sustainable choices, we also locally source all our meat & vegetables, and opt for ‘wonky veg’ where we can to help reduce the wastage of rejected foods.
At Epic, we travel to various locations to make your event happen. To reduce our carbon footprint, we carpool as often as we can and reward our drivers for filling their cars with our team. It is the perfect opportunity for our team to socialise together, and also be a fun alternative to travelling alone whilst reducing our fuel consumption. We also host video meetings and also have gone back to basics with phone conversations to cut down on face-to-face meetings & trips.
We have a paperless strategy, to ensure no unnecessary printing takes place in the offices and on sites. Where we can, we will email you brochures and information to ensure that we lower our paper waste.
The Epic team have been working hard on strategies to introduce recyclable and reusable items to decrease landfill waste. Our buffets are served in recyclable packaging and cutlery and provide visible recycling bins when working on site.
