This year has seen a surge in the more informal dining experiences, where couples have decided to ditch the three course sit down and opt for a more interactive meal. Picnic hamper style starters, barbecue planks and dessert tables give the WOW factor you may be looking for. Feast menus of a dozen or so mini dishes, brought to you as a rolling tapas style, gives a buzz to the whole wedding breakfast and gets the guests talking.

We also understand getting peoples dietary requirements right may seem a little daunting, but the Executive Chef Team are highly skilled to be able to adapt our dishes to suit everyone. Let your Event Manager know in advance what your guests dietary requirements are, and we can tailor the dishes without deviating too far away from your chosen menu.
